Accounts and Admin Assistant

The Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFf) is a non-profit organisation governed by an Executive Committee made up of influential businessmen and practitioners in the industry. It was formed through a coalition of the textile and garment associations in 1981. It organises trade shows, competitions and industry initiatives to propel local fashion businesses overseas. Since TaF.f's inception, Singapore's textile and apparel industry has been transformed from a manufacturing base to a regional fashion, marketing and sourcing hub. TaFf has groomed numerous young design talents and companies, and assisted them with global expansion.

TaFf is a member of the Asia Fashion Federation (AFF) as well as the ASEAN Federation of Textiles Industries (AFTEX). TaF.f is the organizer for 3 of the Pillar Events in Asia Fashion Exchange: Star Creation, Blueprint and Asia Fashion Summit.

We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Asst who is meticulous and industrious.

Job Responsibilities

  • Posting of entries
  • Processing of payment vouchers and cheque preparations
  • Assist Accounts Executive in monthly financial statements
  • Assist Accounts Executive in Payroll
  • Ensure that financial processes are in accordance to SOPs
  • Filing
  • Responsible for accounts receivables
  • Membership Fees processing
  • Assist Project Owners and Accounts Executive in claims
